I have lived and worked in the South of England, for forty years, in that time establishing a trusted ‘network' of Property Professional contacts in the region.

I would like to think that I am well placed, with my property sales experience and communication skills, to offer this highly specialised service; helping to organise and co-ordinate a bespoke homefinding & relocation service for a client here in the south of England.

I have a proven track record having worked for over thirty years dealing with over 500 regional estate agencies, new homes and property contacts (I am a Fellow of the N.A.E.A. ‘Propertymark’ and a member of T.P.O.S.). In that time I have undertaken various forms of marketing and buying for clients ranging from starter homes, new purpose built retirement homes to larger exclusive homes with acreage and direct sea frontage.

  • The ability to discuss a range of options, not just assisting with the various choices for buying but also for the eventual selling of a client’s home too
  • Up to date with trends in the local residential property market
  • Recommending and coordinating any third party involvement with associated property professionals – financial advisors, lettings agents, solicitors, schools advisors, landscape gardeners, structural surveyors, architects and planning experts, builders, interior designers, etc.

I strongly believe that a home is a major investment and therefore warrants the equivalent professional guidance that one would expect whilst seeking sound advice for other important investments.
